Parcel shipment
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via TNT with tracking number and drop-off without signature. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling charges are a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
Returns
15 day right of return
- You have 15 days to return the item from the time you receive it at your address. If after 15 days you have not returned the product, Beverly Nutrition will not accept the return. In the event that you have sent the product within those 15 authorised days and we receive it later, Beverly Nutrition will make the corresponding refund.
- Promotional, discounted or sale products: No returns will be accepted for this type of product.
- We do not accept returns of products that due to misuse or not having the original packaging can not be put back on sale, unless it was sent in poor condition by us or suffers a manufacturing defect.
Process for requesting a return or refund:
1- Request the return of an order or an article directly from your account or by contacting our customer information department by phone 916434503 or email beverly@beverly.es.
Remember to include your order number and the reason for the return in the information.
2- Prepare the goods in a properly packed box for collection by the transport company. We will collect it once we have contacted you.
3- When the returned products are in Beverly Nutrition, we will start the refund of the full amount, without deducting any transport costs or other reasons, 100% free return.
Secure online payment.
You can pay by credit card with total security. Totally secure payments:
1.- We do not store credit card numbers for payments. These personal details are sent directly to the banks we work with, without us being able to access them.
2.- When transmitting data to the bank, we use encryption technology that allows all personal data requested in a transaction, such as name, address or credit card number, to be transmitted securely.
